About Counseling

Counseling and psychotherapy at CPS is delivered by licensed psychologists, clinical social workers, and counselors trained in evidence-based modalities. We treat anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, life transitions, and co-occurring conditions. This page is for individuals, couples, and families looking for therapy with a licensed, experienced clinician.

Our therapists match approach to problem: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety and depression, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills for emotion regulation, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing — an evidence-based trauma therapy) for PTSD and trauma, and integrative approaches for complex presentations.

Counseling at CPS is coordinated with our testing, medication management, Spravato, ketamine, and IOP services — so if your needs shift, your care team already knows you.

Related Conditions

ADHD in Adults

Adult ADHD is often missed for decades. A proper evaluation untangles focus, executive-function, and mood issues so treatment finally works.

Treatment-Resistant Depression

If two or more antidepressants haven't worked, you are not broken — you may simply need a different category of treatment. Ketamine and Spravato often deliver relief in days, not months.
