The project question.

The former multi-provider website made it difficult to distinguish a resource from the organization responsible for care. Visitors needed a focused UTAC starting point and a clear way to reach the source.

The partner’s contribution.

Lead Franchise rebuilt the public site as a UTAC resource library, replaced the former practice identity and collection forms, and organized planning questions into focused pages. Care enquiries continue directly with UTAC through its own website.

A review of the work.

The delivered improvement is inspectable: a UTAC resource homepage, a linked library, consistent identity, topic-specific source links and useful redirects from relevant former pages. This is an editorial review of the website work.

Search and AI discovery.

Unique titles, self canonicals, sourced explanations, breadcrumbs and a current sitemap describe the resource site accurately. The UTAC care provider and LF website builder have separate named entities, so search engines and AI readers can distinguish their roles.
